Nature's Hand Driftwood Designs was born out of artist Crista Smyth's attraction to driftwood and its naturally beautiful attributes. Each piece offers a unique shape, feel, smell and color, often mimicking other creations of nature. Crista shapes these pieces of art from nature into her own distinctive works, continuing to discover new ideas for crafting with driftwood over the years. In addition to her hands-on work with driftwood, the artist enjoys exploring her artistic expression in cyberspace. Crista's early career as a software engineer has led to a new one as a web designer and digital artist. Alongside Crista's driftwood art, she offers a collection of digitally-created art which can be purchased in the form of museum-quality greeting cards, post cards, and fine art prints.

Crista lives in Southern California with her husband and two sons.
